This is a charming small hotel in the center of the historic part of Seville. The room was a little small but it was well decorated and very clean. To reach the hotel, you have to walk from a nearby taxi drop off point....don't try finding this one on your own. The street is so narrow that you can touch building on opposite sides of the street.

I loved everything about this hotel, it's location, it's friendly and helpful staff and the quiet yet central location. I could not have stayed anywhere more perfect!

The hotel was beautiful, but some small things i.e. no face cloths in the bathrooms and not enough toiletries, small details. Inadequate light as you entered the room, hard to see into the safe deposit b0x. All small practical details, but would recommend they be put right. Meals were slightly expensive but worth it much higher quality than the rest of seville where food standards were very poor! Best hotel I've ever stayed in. It was amazing and I loved waking up in it every morning! Bed was really comfortable. Sheets felt like silk!

The apartment's location is excellent for enjoying Seville's old town. We visited during the week of the April Fair, very much enjoying the costumes and party atmosphere. The weather was warm, so we enjoyed the air conditioning. It was set too cold but we figured out how to moderate the temperature. We shopped for groceries at the Cortes Ingle

Very good position, really in the heart of Sevilla. The apartment was
clean, elegant and as described on the web site. We had a 2 bedrooms
apartment that with two small children was perfect for us and cheaper
than any other option. The staff at the reception was very friendly and
let us leave the apartment in the afternoon due to no other bookings,
that allows us to spend the last day in the city more relaxed. I
strongly recommend it!

This place is located at Alameda de Hercules which is one of the most post popular places in Sevilla. If you like walking you can easily start your city tour from this place. The Fontecruz is a very elegant and well kept and when you get you seem to leave the world behind. Enter a muffled world, the atmosphere is wonderful. The rooms are neat and beautiful and important thing are the most comfortable beds. Beautiful terrace and the pool but we did not use because the temperature did not allow it.

Perfect location, design of the hotel.
Parking: This is not a downside of the hotel, but be prepared that it is indeed as difficult as described by others! The hotel can be found easily with a gps, but the streets are extremely (!) narrow, and it is very likely that you need to back out about 300 m unless driving a really small car. There is absolutely no parking in front of the hotel or in a street nearby, making the hotel a quiet and peaceful place in the ancient city.
