  Excellent location in city centre. The staff were helpful and friendly at all times and we liked the 24hr reception desk which made us feel secure in the hotel. The building had lots of character with lovely internal courtyards and interesting paintings and furnishings. We stayed in the junior suite (room 103) which was amazing. It was very clean ... mitä ihmiset sanovat » and spacious with a seperate bedroom and living space with 3 balconies including one in the bathroom!! The whole suit felt very homely and relaxing an - The hotel is quirky - but very nicely so. The decor of old Spainish tiles in an ancient convent provides a comfortably and interesting historical ambiance. The hotel is clean and quiet, and the buffet breakfast is amongst the best we have enjoyed. Being only one hundred metres from the cathedral in the Santa Cr us district is a real bonus. Really nice place and reccommended. NB: do not attempt to take your car to the hotel - the experience of the narrow 'donkey' streets is frightening - best to

  Very pleasant hotel not far from the city center. Kind and helpful staff. Clean and modern atmosphere. - Staff was extremely nice and helpful. The hotel has a great look and location. Our bathroom was state of the art.
