The hotel is beautiful, very luxurious, and in many ways unique. The food was excellent, the staff very helpful. The nature reserve associated with it was very interesting, a real high point.
As it is close to the airport, there is regular jet traffic over the hotel which is a bit of a distraction. The hotel was still in start-up mode and so the spa was not available, and the a la carte restaurants were not open. We also had some problems with hot water, electricity, and internet. The management tried to compensate for the problems with amenities.
