The hotel was stunning, it was in an countryside location a 10/15 minute drive from Ronda, beautifully decorated, with stunning terraces, and pool. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, our room was very spacious, with stunning views all out of every window, I would definitely return to this hotel if travelling in this region again. - i really like

Very friendly and accomodating proprietor. Perfect Ronda location for a family with young children. The kids loved the pool and the open air - a great respite from the city-based hotels. Also, the restaurant downstairs is close enough to the rooms that my wife and I were able to enjoy a bottle of wine while the kids slept. -

We had a wonderful stay at La Ciudad. The dobleroom they got us was in fact a flat, big livingroom/kitchen, and a nice bedroom. The kitchen had all the equipment needed to make your own meals. The pool was bigger than expectet, big enough to have a lot of fun. The owner suprisingly picked us up from the bus station, and drow us to the hotel! Overa

Perfect location in a stylish period house across the bridge in the old town, just moments from the main square and church. Our spacious "suite" had a small sitting room with kitchenette, although breakfast was included at a typical Andalucian cafe near the bullring. Fabulous!

A perfect setting with a room overlooking the gorge. The staff were exceptional, the best I have met. We arrived by car on a narrow road outside the hotel and the receptionist jumped out, helped us unload and pointed to a spot where we could move the car out of the way. She parked it safely for us afterwards. The food was excellent on the enclosed terrace and the Maitre D moved a propane patio heater in behind my wife when she got cold.

Good communication with owner before arrival. The very friendly welcome (from Lourdes) on arrival and her continuing attention to our well-being throughout our stay. We had the one-bedroom house: it was very comfortably equipped with virtually everything necessary for a relaxing holiday. Furnishings very nice and comfortable. Central position & good access to shopping areas (without using stairs). Paid balance by credit card a couple of days after arrival.

Centrally located and easy access from bus station. Staff was helpful and the rooms were simple and clean with a sink in rm. That made it no problem with the shared bath. Breakfast looked ok, but we are in Spain, so eating out is a priority!
