  This was a brand new hotel...everything was in perfect condition, very clean and comfortable...staff eager to please...we had a view off the small balcony of the water and scene across the bay. Very lovely - Wow! What a beautiful hotel with a great view from our 2nd. floor room overlooking the estuary of the Rio Eo.
