  We arrived on Friday late night (around 1:30 am) , the owner was waited for us and make us feel like pleasure and convenience. The suite room we got was beautiful with great view and huge space. During our all staying Miriam from the reception helped with very useful recommendations and great tips for places to visit and restaurants to eat. The lady on recpetion was wonderful. The whole place smelled great and there was a lovely communal sitting room. It was a great place for us to spend our first anniversary. Although we only stayed one night, it's in a great location for Bilboa airport and you could easily do a day trip to San Sebastian or into other countryside areas. We just found it really relaxing and a nice welcoming place to stay.

  This didn't feel like any other hotel, it was like you were staying in someone's home - from the decor to the breakfast to the way we were treated. The double room we got was very comfortable and it looked like a little cottage in the city. The owner was very friendly and helpful (and spoke excellent English). The room was so homey-it was nice to go out in the rain and go "home" to a warm and comfortable room. The heaters worked quickly and the room was large and clean. The breakfast in the morning was good-tea/coffee and an assortment of bread products (and fruit and yogurt, if desired).   Fantastic hotel and owners! The beautiful small hotel is laying between two amazing natural parks (better to have a car). The hotel is perfect for people who like to hike and enjoy the quiet surroundings. The view from the large and luxurious rooms is spectacular! You can have a good breakfast and a delicious diner - This is my second time at the hotel and the owners were so lovely! I am vegetarian and they took care to prepare me special delicous vegetarian meals everyday! Kepa also showed me the vegetable patch this time. We were also invited to watch as he trimmed the sheep's coats!! The couple are really warm and welcoming. As always, the place is beautiful, a real gem :) Also renovations have been done so its bigger and nicer.

  It was next to the old town which was within 10mins walk of the hotel (although up a hill on the way home). We felt the old town had a lovely buzz in the evening, very Spanish and not many tourists. The hotel was very clean, and paying 50 euros a night made the hotel extremely good value for money. It was easy to find and park and easy to get to the port in 30 minutes. The parking was secure and the room large and comfortable though a bit impersonal. Due to time restrictions we ate at the hotel which was fine.....not outstanding but quite good and suited us for the last night in Spain.
