  I just want to warn you if you decide to book a room at the HD Parque Cristobal Tenerife hotel, becauseit might be that they cancel your reservation just before you arrive. Very surprised that this hotel was very goo - - rooms cleaned every day, except weekend - nice views, though on last flor so not sure how it is on others - nice swimming pool, opening hours are normal, in some hotels are even only to 6pm so 8pm in udalla is perfectly acceptable. besides you have only a few minutes walk to playa de las visitas and playa del camison - two beautiful beaches - location is very good. close to city center and main sidewalk with shops (few minutes walk). close to the ocean (same distance)

  This is the second time I stayed in this hotel. I returned to this hotel in just 3 mths :-) Staff provides professional services and they are really nice and helpful. Room is big and comfortable. Compare to the hotel with same price in Playa de las Americas, this hotel is really value for money. Hotel also provides shuttle bus services though it's not as frequent - We stayed here for 2 weeks Aug-Sep13 with three kids,12/8/2. The hotel is fabulous for families and couples. Staff at this hotel are absolutely fabulous, the hotel is very clean, very relaxing, beautiful apartments with total privacy. Sleeping is really relaxing as it's very quiet.No partying etc. The pools are wonderful, children's pool very nice and warm. Breakfast is to die for and plenty. I can not fault this hotel. We would be going back next year. Shuttle bus good, life guard for the pool

  Wonderful view of the sea and fantastic sunsets. Room 204 very quiet as no-one above or below you. Good walk to a lovely beach, you get used to walking back up the hill or a taxi only costs 4 euro. Lovely quiet pool even though there was a lot of young people there when we were, nice bar during the day. Plenty shops and restaurants around, 5-10 min walk to beaches (either side left or right), bus station is really close to take you anywhere in Tenerife - Location was amazing, totally value for money. All the necessary stuff was in the room and it was clean.

  Very clean and perfect location , airport bus stop just at the corner ( La Paz) .Botanic Garden not far from us and big supermarket opposite. We got off at bus stop and bought food for dinner after sightseeing. Lots of bars , restaurants and shops .So we did't need to walk down to centro and walked back over 300 steps. Sea - I would recommend Masaru since we found everything extremely nice. The value/price is very good. The staff was very friendly and kind not just simply polite. The location is very good. Nice area, shops, bars and low traffic. Pool area was well maintained. Food was excellent and there were no hidden expenses when checking-out.
