  Staff were the best I've come across from a hotel - they are sincerely in their helpfulness and nothing is too much trouble. Really fantastic people. Excellent breakfasts (both quality of food and selection) -including fresh juices The hotel is very clean. That is a sure sign of quality management and that they truly care. Their - This is an excellent hotel! Staff extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The spa is just fabulous, with its in-the-cave Jacuzzi, indoor and outdoor pools, saunas, water beds and other pleasures. Rooms are very nice and clean (we especially liked a piece of gourmet chocolate every evening as the maid came to prepare the room for the night for us), excellent air-conditioning for the heatwave that we experienced that week.   From the champagne welcome on our arrival all the staff were smiling and friendly. The room was palatial with a large balcony views of the sea and the mountains.Cleaning was everyday and excellent standard. The restaurant was excellent,broad range of foods.Andres our waiter was wonderful a Five star treatment. Had a great 70th Birthday here, fabulous. - The hotel was wonderful. The h/b was buffet which put us off at first but upon our first visit we found the selection was jaw dropping and the quality was first class. The staff couldn't have been any more helpful or friendly. We spend most of the time around the pool but ventured for the short walk to playa del duque which is lined with glorious restaurants for lunchtime snacks with views to die for. Woukd thouroughly recommend.

  We were a bit picky about the room but the staff was very helpful in helping is to find the room that would satisfy our requirements. The third room in the new part building was very good. Nice view, pretty quiet (not taking into acount neighouring dogs destroying the silence, but they were quiet in the night luckily). Nice terrace and the whole property. Ther - We had a great time in this hotel. Room was spacious, with kitchen, bathroom and balcony. Rooms were cleaned every day. We really loved breakfast, it was great and delicious. Wi-fi access was in lobby. But it wasn´t important for us. + free parking + free wi-fi + delicious brekfast + near city center + clean rooms + kitchen + fridge + garden + pool

  The all inclusive is the best way to go for the hotel. We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel, we wouls highly recomend the hotel with the all inclusive to any one.
