The all inclusive is the best way to go for the hotel. We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel, we wouls highly recomend the hotel with the all inclusive to any one. We were a bit picky about the room but the staff was very helpful in
helping is to find the room that would satisfy our requirements. The
third room in the new part building was very good. Nice view, pretty
quiet (not taking into acount neighouring dogs destroying the silence,
but they were quiet in the night luckily). Far from roosters ;)

We had a great time in this hotel. Room was spacious, with kitchen, bathroom and balcony. Rooms were cleaned every day.
We really loved breakfast, it was great and delicious.
Wi-fi access was in lobby. But it wasn´t important for us.

staff - Although in a quiet part of the island, and needing a car if you are independent. (There is a free bus to Puerto de la Cruz). It was very accesible to all parts of the island. Hotel was good in all aspects although the food at dinner could have been hotter. All in all a good value for money
