  The size of the room was excellent, the shutters were brilliant as it made the room quiet and very peaceful, the bed was large and very comfortable the little fridge to keep drinks cool was an added bonus ! Location excellent with lots of retaurants within easy walking distance Fantastic value for money.   This is the second time I stayed in this hotel. I returned to this hotel in just 3 mths :-) Staff provides professional services and they are really nice and helpful. Room is big and comfortable. Compare to the hotel with same price in Playa de las Americas, this hotel is really value for money. Hotel also provides shuttle bus services though it's not as frequent - We stayed here for 2 weeks Aug-Sep13 with three kids,12/8/2. The hotel is fabulous for families and couples. Staff at this hotel are absolutely fabulous, the hotel is very clean, very relaxing, beautiful apartments with total privacy. Sleeping is really relaxing as it's very quiet.No partying etc. The pools are wonderful, children's pool very nice and warm. Breakfast is to die for and plenty. I can not fault this hotel. We would be going back next year. Shuttle bus good, life guard for the pool

  We have enjoyed our stay in Be Live Playa la Arena . Staff was very polite , all our requests were resolved in a very professional manner . The rooms were cleaned every day , pool and surroundings very clean . Food quite good and the waiters work hard trying to serve all those who eat in the restaurant. In one day, really was our guide showing us the way - A lot of people advice to take only breakfast and dinner but we were so happy to have all inclusive: no headache about where to eat. All inclusive is the choice for absolute relaxation! Arena beach is very close to the hotel, the ocean is amazing, we were swimming only in wild water!

We have recommended it to another couple who have booked a few days in the hotel and know it.

  The apartments were lovely. We were surprised to get as much room as we did. Nice balcony which we could see the sea. And the apartments were clean. Food was good okay but not much variety however we all enjoyed the food that was given. Right by the beach and a short walk away from a few bars.   Location, as we had a rented car and we could travel everywhere by car, but I saw a lot of restaurant nearby anyway. The view is fantastic, the sound of the waves too, 10 out of 10 for the spectacular view. The furniture is old but still fulfilling the requirements, everything worked. Good starting point for travelling all around the island.
