The hotel was great value, the pool area was very well laid out. The choice of buffet or A La Carte was good and the food in the restaurant at the pool area was very good. This is a very comfortable hotel with (for the most part) friendlystaff. We particularly liked the Terrace Restaurant and the poolatmosphere was relaxed and child friendly (without allowing thechildren to take over). Well managed establishment. We enjoyed our stayvery much.

Extremely good service from all of the staff. We arrived late in the evening, the restaurant was closed, but they had arranged for us to have a cold meal in the restaurant! We had half-board; the food was really good, fresh and with good variation.

What a wonderful city break we had. Staff are excellent, rooms were stylish and recently revamped. Probalby the best hotel in Mallorca! It's actually apartments so you
can cook in there (all amenities available) and supermarket Eroski
nearby. Very good value for money if booked in advance and not in the
high season. Extremely clean, good sound isolation of rooms, good
fitness facilities, sauna and indoor pool. We really liked the
animators, quite professional and entertaining (arranged for quiz nights
and local dances). Overall, totally recommended!

The staff is very friendly and you really have the feeling that they are there to take care of you. The hotel is a very good and the rooms are great.
