The Aranese family who owns the establishment (and lives there) is warm and welcoming and does their very best to make you feel like you've been invited as a guest into their home as opposed to just renting a hotel room. The Internet is fast but only works well in the lobby, although, like I said, - Friendly and helpful staff, excellent deal with breakfast (which had a lot of choice). We had a mini suite which was spacious and comfortable. Hotel located in centre of town and very convenient for bars, shops and restaurants.

  We loved this Hotel. The common areas were relaxing and comfortable. The room was comfortable and had amazing views of the mountains. A welcome drink was well received. Although we do not speak Spanish (our fault) we speak French and so did our host.   Five star service from arrival to checking out. Very attentive staff. Excellent location to the ski lift. Buffet breakfast very good service and choice. Lovely room with nice views, bathroom rather small though!
