  The hotel is very good standard for 4 star. The buffet has excellent choice of food but can be busy especially in the evening. Great facilities for children and the animation team were very good with mini disco. Beautiful pools with paddle pool for small toddlers.   I read how the apartments with the best sea view are a little tired. Yes they are but this little issue totally disappears when you consider the brilliant staff, incredible location and fabulous views. Just hope on my next visit I will be able to get an apartment here.   The location was excellent just short walk from shops and beach and restaurants. Ana in the office was very helpful and really appreciated the late check out as our flight wasnt till 19.40 we were able to stay in villa till our pick up at 5. Clean towels were provided on request even though villa was only cleaned once week. Spacious and booking and arrival was swift and east. Beds were comfortable and the location was perfect. Didnt really want to do a review as its the kind of place you would want to keep a secret.....will be booking again this was a perfect holiday. Pool was ideal and clean and staff came in to clean and change bedding and towels.......perfect!!!!!

  Great place ! We booked a room with a sea viea and it was perfect. The pools are very nice. Very good value for money. I would certainly recommend it, especially to young parents with small children. - Food was exccellent

  When I booked the Guinate apartments I was worried as there was a lot of negative feedback. Before we arrived at the Guinate we were given a code to access a small box outside the entrance to collect the keys. This was easy to do. The apartment was clean, spacious and well equipped. It had an oven, toaster , kettle and a lot of cutlery to include ... mitä ihmiset sanovat » bread knives. I have stayed in other apartments in lanzarote and the pots were all cheap quality. At the Guinate the cooking pots were excellent. It a - Visited alone without the family and was exactly what I needed. Was not out for luxury or night clubs but to be able to relax after a busy period. Was a peaceful place to stay. The possibility to have your own keys to the main gate to the area was great. Standard was basic with not too tiny rooms. Very friendly personal. Can really really go there back also with the family
