All the staff at Villa Canaima were SO friendly and helpful, taking time to make sure we knew all the great things Lanzarote had to offer, even booking our rental car and cabs for us. They went out of their way to try and get hold of us to let us know we could stay past the standard 10am checkout time, which was super appreciated.

our villa standard was in a lovely quiet location, the size was excellent for 5 of us, a 3rd bed was put into 2nd bedroom. apt was very clean, maids do great job. irish and uk tv also brilliant to have. restaurant very handy, pizza was fantastic value for the kids, pool size also good, bit cold but then it is winter over there! we also liked proximity to airport, after long journey-perfect. we arrived late and v kind receptionist gave us complimentary milk,juice and water-nice touch.

The hotel is very good standard for 4 star. The buffet has excellent choice of food but can be busy especially in the evening. Villa set in a nice quiet neighborhood. Outdoor pool & patio area very private. Villa well equipped and comfortable with plenty of space for our family of 2 adults & 2 teenage girls (Nintendo Wii in Villa a great idea). Staff very helpful and prompt when dealing with any minor issues or queries. Villa about 20 minute walk to center of Playa Blanca (only €3 in Taxi). Excellent family holiday, we will stay there again.

Great location, the buffets for both breakfast and dinner are fine. The pool area is also a very attractive feature of this place. The room itself was practical and had airco, we didn't experience noise from the neighbors.

We enjoyed everything about our stay.With in one hour of our arrival we upgraded to all inclusive from half board because we could see no reason to leave this place during our stay.The location is like a little oasis of heaven if you want to just relax and do as little as possible to recharge your batteries.It is so easy to get to from the airport, just a little over 10 Eoro's and about 5 mins.We will deffinately go back :-)

We liked the fact that it was in a central location, close to many shops and local restaurants. The beds were amazing and had many great night sleeps. We also got upgraded to suites which was fantastic with nice views of the beach. The spa was also very much enjoyable. Linda in reception was fantastic and very helpful. Shame she wasn't around when we left. Excellent member of staff.

Excellent staff, 2 mins walk to the Matagorda centro, full of bars, places to eat and a Spar. Really can't praise Nautilus enough and will def be back!!

These apartments are in a great location. Beach, shops and restuarants on your doorstep.
Comfortable beds, daily cleaning and change of towels. Lucia and Isabel were so obliging and welcoming.
Will definitely return with family.
