  The hotel was perfect! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and spoke excellent English. The hotel is brilliantly located to explore Granada, is in excellent condition and very clean and up-to-date, and as it didn't have an evening restaurant (it does do breakfast) there is no pressure to eat in the hotel. We were upgraded to asuite which was very spacious so we really appreciated it after such along drive. It was a bit difficult to find this hotel as it is tuckedaway, but well worth it. There are lots of bars and cafe's nearby andthe bus-stop for the famous 'Alambra' is a short walk away.

A fantastic honeymoon destination - All of it. Friendly helpful staff, lovely room, well cared for ancient building and gardens, great restaurant, buffet breakfast one of the best I've had. We went in the off season - Dec 2013 so had substantial discounts. We'll go back again at this time of year. The staff also made sure we got to the Alhambra on time - the palace has strict entry times. We would have missed it without the front-desk staff organising the visit for us.

  the room was rather small but well equipped, very nicely furnished and very pleasant; the breafast buffet was rich , the staff extremely cordial and helpful. we enjoyed the hotel very much. - I liked the simplicity of the hotel, the friendliness of the staff, the comfort of the rooms and the general easy ambience of the hotel.

  The hotel is well located. The main sites (Alhambra) is a short bus ride away (don't try walking, save your energy for the tour). Restaurants and tapas bars are nearby. Street noise can be a problem so ask for a quiet room at the back of the hotel. This is a charming hotel in a safe area. Great great location-I can't emphasise this more- right next to cathedral n all the impt buses- airport bus stops right in front and straight bus to train station as well. Kitchennete, coffee maker with capsules and utensils came in really handy. No breakfast provided but that didn't bother us at all a - We arrived thinking we had booked a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apt. The apts have only 1 bath, so we inquired about getting another apt. Ivonna made a few calls and the manager allowed us to rent another 2 bedroom and reduce the rate on the booked apt (they charge per person in most Spainish properties) so that for 2 apartments (2bed/1bath) the total came to 20 euros less for our stay!!!! The apts were immaculate! Large bathrooms and bedrooms. Firms twin beds. Comfortable sheets and blankets. Ivonna

  Great location (5 mins walking to slopes) - Free Parking (Usually costs €15 a day) - Heated Floors (lovely warm apartment and perfect for drying out wet clothes!). Was able to accommodate an extra person last minute.
