  The accommodation was set on a cliff edge and off ered panoramic views of the sea and with its infinity pool was amazing. It was easter time, and despite it beinbg full, there was never any rush for sunbeds or reservations. The staff were excellent, the best we have come accross. All in all a fantast - We (young couple) went to the Serenity Hotel to enjoy a weekend without problems. Fortunately, we had none since the Hotel provides everything you need. The staff was friendly, the pool gorgeous (although 1,40m deep only) and the view at the beach stunning. Apartments were super clean and comfortable.

  I found the apartments to be just what I wanted and really had the most fantastic and relaxing time there. They were quiet and peaceful with plenty of space around the pool which was clean and tidy. No footballs or lilos in the pool were allowed!! The location was close to the beach/shops/supermarket/restaurants and the nightlife - excellent. I also found the place to be secure and en - Extremely quiet place with perfect location next to Playa del Ingles beach. Staff excellent, apartments spotless - we asked for apartment with nice view and got apartment 12 with kitchen window and side of balcony overlooking the sea! The complex was full during our stay yet the pool area was completely empty for us to use. Apartment very well equipped for the price and fresh bread rolls were provided every morning!

Very clean even if a little dated. Excellent and very safe swimming facilities (2 pools fenced off with difficult to open gates). Hardly any guests used the pools. Nice garden with plenty of sun loungers strewn around. Well stocked kitchen but there was no electric kettle. Wi-Fi was better than expected. Hard to find better value at this price. Electronic safe and electronic gates so we fe - Excellent staff. Excellent service. Great pool (had it to ourselves!) Very accommodating about our late departure. WE WILL RETURN!!!
