  All the staff where extra nice and helpful, always smiling and trying to make you feel comfortable. The hotel was in nice location, just a few minutes walk to both the ocean and yumbo center.   This is my fourth time going back to the sandy beach hotel. I think it is a great hotel and will deffinetly be back. The games and entertainment for kids is great. - 1. Most friendly, cheerful and helpful staff. 2. Excellent choice of good quality food at buffet dinners and breakfasts.

Good location for hiking trails, we didn't have a car and had no difficulties navigating with buses and walking.   We booked this apartment literally at the last moment: in the morning of the day we've checked in. If we knew it to be so good, we'd stay longer but unfortunately this was our last day on Gran Canaria and we had a very early flight in the morning.   The apartment was exactly what we expected, wanted and needed. It was clean, tidy, cosy and had everything. It was within walking distance to two beaches, a number of restaurants and the main centre. Easily accessible by public transport from the airport. Great value for money.

The hotel was locked when we arrived, but the owners live across the street and arrived quickly after calling the number on the door. We received both a room key and a key to the lobby door, so access was no problem despite no staff after breakfast.
