We had no problems parking-and ended up seeing the hotel as soon as we
emerged from the garage-perfect! It's right next to the police
station, so very quiet and safe (not that other parts of the city
aren't). It was a very short walk to the cathedral and the city was
fantastic to wander through. The room was absolutely comfortable-the

It was excellent in all ways *
it was clean, nicely designed , bright, warm, open and friendly , just around the corner from the cathedral, but with ready access to taxis too. the staff , Diego and the young woman (whose name I didn't get) were exceptionally friendly and helpful ~~ in short a delightful place !!

What can I say !! This is a beautiful little apartment overlooking
Inmaculada Square. One could also see the Cathedral. We arrived at
Plaza Do Obradoiro where I parked and Lavinia went off to find Ines the
owner of the apartment.Ten minutes later she arrived with Ines in
Ines' car. We transferred our luggage and then followed Ines to the
car park

There are nothing bad to talk about this place. The location is perfect,
behind of La Catedral de Compostela (the main church) and right in the
middle of the old city, full of restaurants, souvenirs stores and bars.
The room is very comfortable, like a small apartment with new facilities
and a very good view. Ines, the hostess, is best friend you could have
in your stay. She will try her best to make you feel comfortable and
tell you everything you must see/do, do not forget to have a nice
talk

lots of fois gras! The rooms were spacious with all necessary comforts.

O Remanso dos Patos is a little gem of a hotel, situated in the truly beautiful Ribeira Sacra region. The hotel is full of character, and the restaurant is a delight. There is a lovely little swimming pool which is ideal for cooling off after a day's sightseeing- especially welcome as we arrived during a heat wave! Natasha, Antony and the rest of their staff were very kind and helpful.

A great and comfortable room, tv, big bed, automatic key, air conditioning, a big bathroom with jacuzzi too (i didn't found it in a 4 star too..). Free big parking for the car. Nice location overlooking river. Good BP garage next door with bar/cafe. Hotel staff very accommodating, (althought the restaurant was closed - Sunday) they made us a lovely dinner. Breakfast was included. Son of owner gave us directions to start our Camino walk, great help!
