  The staff, particularly Andy on reception, were amazing. I did, through my own fault, have a problem with my booking but it was sorted without any drama and our room was very good. On a very very cold March day (6 degrees) it was warm with a very comfortable bed, spotlessly clean and quiet. The bus which takes you to The Alhambra Palace stop - Great city centre hotel. Stylish and comfortable. Parking was in a public underground car park a few minutes walk away. Hotel offered valet parking service and help with bags. Rooms a high standard with separate bath and shower. Close to centre of city, restaurants, bars and Alhambra. Gin and tonics in the roof top bar were very welcome after long drive.

  Our standard room, while compact, was of a high standard. We loved the high ceilings. We loved the toiletries in the bathroom and the shower was to die for.   We loved our time at Gran via 44, the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, the suite itself was top class, clean and beautiful, heaps of room for the whole family, they helped us with parking also which was excellent. We ordered breakfast which was beautiful also. 10/10 from us... and the beds were the best - we have stayed in over 10 hotel... mitä ihmiset sanovat » s so far this trip and these beds were the most comfortable!!!! great lift also! - Our unit was a 2 bedroom apartment that was Clean, Modern and Large! Nice toiletries, fancy toilet, and good shower. Great full kitchen with microwave and basic dishes,etc. Comfortable beds and best pillows. Heated towel bar! Good location and easy cab ride to Alhambra or walk to restaurants and shopping. Safe area on busy street. We were able to store our luggage until our train to Seville. 2 bedroom good for families.

The staff was very friendly and helpful - Tthe hotel is new; our two rooms and bathrooms were very clean, roomy and beautifully furnished; the bed and pillows were very comfortable; the air-conditioning worked well; the location was very good and easy to get to from a major plaza. The public areas (lounge, bar) were nicely appointed and very restful. We really enjoyed the Villa Oniria and would definitely stay there again.
