  The size of the room was excellent, the shutters were brilliant as it made the room quiet and very peaceful, the bed was large and very comfortable the little fridge to keep drinks cool was an added bonus ! Location excellent with lots of retaurants within easy walking distance Fantastic value for money. Floor were nice and it was always possible to get a sun-bed. It is a very nice business hotel and no children between 2 and 13 allowed, so no screaming and yelling. In fact it is a good hotel.

Yes they are but this little issue totally disappears when you consider the brilliant staff, incredible location and fabulous views. Just hope on my next visit I will be able to get an apartment here.   An Excellent hotel . The accommodation was beautiful with memory foam mattresses and everything you would need. We were half board and the food delicious. The choice was vast and we really liked the chefs who would prepare your meals and breakfast to order. We were given a picnic on the morning of our flight as we were too early for breakfa - This is a hotel located outside the city centre but well in walking distance. The staff is very friendly and extremely helpful. The rooms are very spacious, are in fact apartments. Spa, gym and classes are payable. The room rate however is so beneficial and with this system you only pay when you use it.

  Friendly and very helpful staff. Fabulous for children as there is plenty of entertainment and the kids club is brillant. Each block has it's own swimming pool so you can sit and relax in your patio area and be watching them. The cleaniness was second to none.   This is the second time I stayed in this hotel. I returned to this hotel in just 3 mths :-) Staff provides professional services and they are really nice and helpful. Room is big and comfortable. Compare to the hotel with same price in Playa de las Americas, this hotel is really value for money. Although the location is a bit remote, it just takes... mitä ihmiset sanovat » me 5 mins (euro 8-10) to take a taxi to Los Cristianos or Playa de las Americas. Hotel also provides shuttle bus services though it's not as frequent - We stayed here for 2 weeks Aug-Sep13 with three kids,12/8/2. The hotel is fabulous for families and couples. Staff at this hotel are absolutely fabulous, the hotel is very clean, very relaxing, beautiful apartments with total privacy. Sleeping is really relaxing as it's very quiet.No partying etc. The pools are wonderful, children's pool very nice and warm. Breakfast is to die for and plenty. I can not fault this hotel. We would be going back next year. Shuttle bus good, life guard for the pool
