  Our apartment was fabulous and had everything we needed for a wonderful luxurious holiday. The pool on our terrace was great we really enjoyed it. The apartment was kept spotlessley clean. In the evenings we enjoyed sitting on the balcony off the bedroom. The staff were so helpful and friendly and very welcoming.   We stayed at the BB for one week in March and were very sorry to come home. We stayed in house number 17 it was clean and tidy and had a newish kitchen and two bathrooms.   I just want to warn you if you decide to book a room at the HD Parque Cristobal Tenerife hotel, becauseit might be that they cancel your reservation just before you arrive. I booked a room at the HD Parque Cristobal Tenerife on April and got a call from letsbookhotel.com that my reservation was cancelled by the hotel just a few days before the hol... mitä ihmiset sanovat » idays! So we had no choice (all the hotels were already booked at Tenerfie), booked at Udalla Park hotel. Very surprised that this hotel was very goo - - rooms cleaned every day, except weekend - nice views, though on last flor so not sure how it is on others - nice swimming pool, opening hours are normal, in some hotels are even only to 6pm so 8pm in udalla is perfectly acceptable. besides you have only a few minutes walk to playa de las visitas and playa del camison - two beautiful beaches - location is very good. close to city center and main sidewalk with shops (few minutes walk). close to the ocean (same distance)

  Easy to get to, I flew into the south airport, got the city bus just outside the terminal, direct to Santa cruz bus station, walked across the road to the large department store and got a taxi to the hotel, for 5 euros.   The hotel is beautiful, very luxurious, and in many ways unique. The food was excellent, the staff very helpful. The nature reserve associated with it was very interesting, a real high point.
