Staff were very accomodating. As it was near the end of the season our room was ready when we arrived at 10am and we were also allowed to remain until early evening on our departure. has perhaps seen better days but comfortable and very clean. Cleaners
did not come in every day but that is no problem. Would definitely go

The apartments are superbly located in Cala Llonga, lovely bars and restaurants close by. Staff are VERY friendly and helpful. Pool excellent, lots of sunbeds and umbrellas. Well stocked bar, excellent choice on menu. -

We loved our stay here. While the hotel is located beside an undeveloped
swamp, this was mostly hidden! Our balcony view was lovely, we were very
comfortable in the 2 bedroom apartment. The apartment was extremely well
equipped, important for a self catering holiday. A dishwasher and

We found the staff to be 'uber helpful' . Everyone from reception to housekeeping to maintenance were all exceptional. Apartment fabulous and serviced EVERY DAY. Clean towels all the time! Amazing!! Totally clean, modern, extremely well equipped ( washing machine in every apartment) with all new appliance. Best holiday complex ever and I am a 5* fussy guest. Would definitely return. Gloria in reception is a true angel.

The hotel was great value, the pool area was very well laid out. The choice of buffet or A La Carte was good and the food in the restaurant at the pool area was very good. Extremely good service from all of the staff. We arrived late in the evening, the restaurant was closed, but they had arranged for us to have a cold meal in the restaurant! We had half-board; the food was really good, fresh and with good variation.

This is a 3 star hotel with a 5 star setting. Yes the rooms are basic and in need of a refurb but that is reflected in the bargain price and with views like this you won't be spending much time in doors. If you like a hot drink in your room though you will need to bring your own kettle.

I was impressed by the organisation of the team of cleaners who were friendly & worked hard cleaning just about everything from sand on beach to showers & chairs & railings & fences as well as rooms & obvious areas.
The staff on the reception were always friendly & helpful.
But most of all the Team of young entertainers . Dave & his team were amazing - always friendly to parents but fantastic with the children . They were never too busy for anyone "kids or adults" .
