  Fantastic location, the kids loved both the cove on one side of the complex and also the diving platform and rocks on the other side. Good selection of pools too. Lovely setting which is beautifully maintained. Apartment is spacious and nicely decorated apart from the bathroom which was a little tired. There is amazing restaurant "Paparazzi" just in front of the hotel with nice food and delisious pizza for takeaway. The stuff at the reception easily organized a rental car for us and invited a doctor when we had a problem with jellyfish. Our apartment was cosy and comfortable.

  Hotel has very friendly staff willing to help with all sorts of questions. In the evenings there were very nice animations in the hotel. Hotel has its own swimming pool (part for kids and separate for adults) and apart from that is very close to the sea.   This is a good basic hotel, but with luxurious location! The sea, the beach, the view are wonderful from the hotel, you can hop in the sea just like that. We had a half board, which got a bit boring on the 4ht and last day. The only tasty thing in the buffet was fish, and once we got the local paella.   This is a 3 star hotel with a 5 star setting. Yes the rooms are basic and in need of a refurb but that is reflected in the bargain price and with views like this you won't be spending much time in doors. The beach whilst small is quaint and the bathing area safe for young children. You don't have to swim out far to see lots of - I was impressed by the organisation of the team of cleaners who were friendly & worked hard cleaning just about everything from sand on beach to showers & chairs & railings & fences as well as rooms & obvious areas. The staff on the reception were always friendly & helpful. But most of all the Team of young entertainers . Dave & his team were amazing - always friendly to parents but fantastic with the children . They were never too busy for anyone "kids or adults" .

  Muy muy bien! :) The staff was very friendly, as for late arrival we were welcomed with free drinks in the bar and late dinner (cold menu). The room was quite big (though looks a bit dated - TV from the past century :)), we had a balcony with the sea view. The food was very good either during the breakfast as well for dinner.   I can not fault the bluebay resort. Staff where so helpful. Location was fantastic with the beach across the road and can picafort a 5 minute walk away. The food was excellent and plenty of entertainment in the evening for adults and kids - The bungalow gives you independence and a place to relax with your family.
