  The location was great and easy to find at 3 in the morning. However the best thing about the hotel was its extremely welcoming, hospitable and helpful english speaking staff. Wish there was a higher rate than excellent as the reception staff was so good. - It was almost brand new hotel, plus very conveniently located for the train station

The rooms have to have the best city view in Spain, it was like staying opposite St Paul's Cathedral, and at night this amazing illuminated building filled our view, the rooms are modern and bright, the ac welcome and the electric blinds made for a good night's sleep.   The reception staff were very good and welcoming, especially to our dog, and the hotel buffet breakfast was excellent and very good value. This was a great stop over place from the AP68, couldn't fault it. We would highly recommend it especially as they take dogs for a modest fee.   The only problem we encountered was marked difficulty getting to the hotel by car. We drove around for almost two hours until a couple got in the car and using the GPS on their phone, found a route. Otherwise, the hotel could not have been better. If travelling by car it is a must to book the hotel's car park. Check-out by midday but ok to leave car much longer and simply collect when ready to depart.
