  Location! Its close to the beach and main strip,small supermarket. Very friendly staff at reception and restaurant. Light cleaning every day,changing towels and beds -every 2-3 day. Basic,but tidy spasious apartments. Free TV. No noise from main busy street. Swimming pool is not large, it was fine for off season (may),not sure about summer months,but we prefered bea - The location and poolside bar. Apartments were fine.Very helpful staff and well maintained grounds. It is a perfect place for a relaxing holiday, its not the Ritz but you get what you pay for and this was top notch.

  Loved the location- right beside restaurants, shops and close to the old town. the staff were so helpful and friendly. The pool loungers were very comfortable, pool area very clean and blissfully peacefull- no kids.   Stayed for one week All Inclusive. Staff were fantastic, most efficient & pleasant, couldn't do enough for you. The layout of hotel was quite quirky, rooms v clean & serviced everyday. Food was of top quality. Entertainment was provided every night but was not to our taste but we did appreciate its provision.   On arrival , we were checked in by rafeal .he went out of his way to find out for us which bottled water was low sodium , as the water was for our 4 month old baby .he rang his wife to find out . The apartment itself was lovely , everything you could need was provided. Very clean . Pool is perfect there and lifeguard on duty full day . This was our fourth trip to Lanzarote and our first stay in this wonderful apartment complex. The apartments are superbly equipped, beds very comfortable and staff friendly and helpful. All apartments are south facing and balconies get full sunshine. We hope to return next year.
