  Location! Its close to the beach and main strip,small supermarket. Very friendly staff at reception and restaurant. Light cleaning every day,changing towels and beds -every 2-3 day. Basic,but tidy spasious apartments. Free TV. No noise from main busy street. Swimming pool is not large, it was fine for off season (may),not sure about summer months,but we prefered bea - The location and poolside bar.   We really enjoyed our stay here, the apartments were basic but clean. The numerous pools were lovely and not over crowded. Plenty of beds available by the pool. The staff were fantastic, and the bar/restaurant had lovely food and great offers on drinks and also had entertainment every night. The only negative (I don't want to write it in the negative column as it wasn't anything negative against the complex) was - Appartments were spacious, clean and well maintained. The entire complex was cleaned each morning, pools cleaned daily and treated each evening. Loads of sun loungers, all looked new and again well maintained. Food in the restaurant/bar was excellent and good value for money. Staff were friendly and very helpful, especially the restaurant staff and Evan in the pool side bar, very welcoming, friendly and brilliant with kids, ensured everyone was included in activities. All in all, really enjoyed

  Very good standard of decor. Reasonable price for internet (1 Euro for 15 minutes). Grounds very well maintained. - Apartments are perfectly located and are within walking distance of everything. Chambermaids were very nice.

I visit the island regularly and will definitely use Relaxia Lanzaplaya again. - The location was absolutely brilliant. Only a very short walk from the main strip,beach and lots of activities. Taxi into the old town only about €3. The rooms were very clean and cleaned often. Our apartment was high at the back and the view from the balcony was amazing. The staff were extremely helpful, and we managed to extend out stay by an extra night in the same apartment for the same rate. I would highly recommend it.

  Spent 8 days here. Checked in by a very polite, friendly & helpful english man. Fantastic apartments. Ideal location. Had a lovely view of the pool from apartment 44A! Huge balcony. Good size kitchen/living area. Well equipped kitchen, freezer box & large fridge. Cleaners were great, sheets & towels changed every other day.   I have never come accross a complex so clean or with such helpfull staff nothing was a problem had a brill time and with out a doubt shall return - The Complex was lovely and relaxing

  We liked the comfort and location of the Acuario sol. The apartments were central to get to town but not too close that they were on top of it. The apartments have all that you need within them and are kept clean. - Well stocked kitchen, VERY COMFORTABLE BEDS, excellent location Great value
