We were picked up on the Camino Frances by our absolutely lovely hostess who spoke English quite well. She was so friendly and delightful which made our stay even better. Dinner was delicious (and excellent value 15€) as was breakfast (5€) and we were kindly taken back to the path we were walking on. This was one of the best places we stayed at. The attention by the owners was excellent. The hostal was charming, quiet and quite comfortable. We took our meals at the inn and were most delighted by quality/quantity and price. this was an oasis...simply lovely, the room. the gracious hosts, the cooking.....a wonderful and memorable stay.
Bed mattress very thick and comfortable but base not very stable thus bed moved/rocked every time I turned over. Hand washing facilities but no washing machine.We wished that the shower stall would have been a little larger to accommodate those of us travelers that are a little above average in height and weight. Nevertheless, it served its purpose. .
