  The reception staff is great and welcoming, however no bell boy, no welcome drink, unlike many other 4 star hotels. The rooms good sized, clean good sized bathrooms, beds comfy enough, however empty mini freezer, no tea making facility or even empty glasses or water in the room.   We thought the facilities were excellent, especially for children of varied ages. Also, the apartments were very large and all the American amenities were provided which is so rare in Europe. The classes on offer were great and we really enjoyed the gym. We selected this resort specifically because we knew it would be raining and cold and we would need something to do with the kids indoors. The rooms were wonderful, the beach was beautiful, and we found a zipline park just a few miles away. It was a fantastic few days away for our family.

The pool area was fantastic, with a free kids club which was great for our daughter, and gave us some quality 'us' time, which was most welcome.   The hotel has a very helpful and friendly staff. Nothing was too much trouble (a special thank-you to Franklin). Located just out of town on a hillside. Authentic Mediterranean experience, with the sound of cicadas (I also saw a few geckos clinging to the walls in the evening). I timed the - downhill - walk from the hotel to the beach at 45 minutes, but I'm a slow walker. By car it's obviously much quicker, - The hotel is lovely. The staff were friendly, helpful and very accommodating. The verandah to the lovely lounge/bar compliments the ambiance. The rooms are lovely with private garden/patios. A joy to stay there, and would love to return when the other facilities have been completed.
