  The apartment I booked had a private terrace which was excellent. The air-conditioning worked very well in both the bedroom , living area and bathroom. The apartments are very close to a fresh food market and supermarket. Beach was 10 minutes walk, Metro 5 minutes walk. Barcelona harbour and centre was a 30 to 40 minute walk along the seafront which is a flat easy walk. Plenty of cafes, supermarkets and fruit/veg shops nearby. Our apartment, although ground floor, had use of the roof terrace.

  It's a very nice place to stay in when you're in Barcelona. The location of the apartment is convenient especially if you're going in summer season because the seaside is less then 5 minutes walk and if you want to discover city famouse landmarks it won't take long to get to the city center using metro line l4. This neighbourhood seems very quit and safet - It's really a home away from home. We immediately settled in and found the location very ideal as everything we need for a week's stay is just round the corner. Easy connection on the Metro is about 8mins walk(safe to travel at night as the neighbourhood is well-lit). Food is abundance esp along Poblenou on La Rambla street which is 5mins walk away.If you prefer to cook,many supermarkets are avail.Merkat(local huge supermarket/Sun close) is only 5mins away and local fresh poultry,seafood,fruits

  Very quiet room. Great value for money. Good design. A small suite with separate bedroom for 100$ per day! Easy access to metro line 4 (Bogatell) or Line 1 (Marina). Not far from the beaches. Mar Bella is only two stops (Poblenou) and a 10 minute walk. Direct by metro to old Barcelona in only a few stops (Jaume I).   There are ample beds - 7 in total in 4 rooms. The apartment is within short walking distance to Marina and Monumental metro station. Even we managed to walk to Placa de Catalunya where we catch the Aerobus to the airport. Facilities are complete and working perfectly, with adequate towels provided daily.
