  Reading some comments, I get the feeling you've been somewhere else ... In my case and what I see in the majority of customers, the attention was great. On arrival They were waiting and gave me information on what to visit and where to eat.   Rooms are built within an appartement building giving you the feeling of having your own city loft. We had room 4 with a spacious patio overlooking the university building. Beautiful combination of old tile floors with authentic design. Wonderful bed and best sleep I've had for ages in hotel room (travel a lot with work). Great large shower- rain effect and seperate hand held.
