  The apartment was very modern and spacious and contained everything you could possibly need, from pots and pans through to hairdryer and hair straighteners. The ensuite shower room was amazing, shower was perfect. We loved having drinks on the balcony, although would have been nicer if wasn't raining all weekend :(.   The spacious, comfortable apartment was one of the highlights of an excellent trip to Barcelona. It was located just five minutes from the Diagonal metro in a lovely neighborhood. The kitchen was well equipped and the sunroom an unexpected bonus. The staff was friendly and incredibly responsive.   The apartment is well located in the center of the city. It is within walking distance to many attractions or to the Metro. I especially liked the fact that we were able to take the Aeroporter bus to & from the airport for a very reasonable price. You can walk from the drop off & pick up location for the Aeroporter to the apartment.   We loved our stay at this Hotel Palace! Perfect, professional and very polite and helping staff. We had a wonderful room with a balcony and good view (standard). It was perfect, spotlessly clean, light, not noisy. They cleaned the room several times a day. We gave our passport copies, our credit cards and all info, but when we came back at 5 pm from sightseeing,our bags were still not brought to our rooms. We were 3 couples and were exhausted.   This is the best holiday apartment we have ever rented! Bright, clean and with a walking distance of almost everything we wanted to visit. We stayed at the number 01 apartment, with three bedrooms and 2 and a half bathrooms. On the top floor we found three bedrooms, one ensuite, all of those - We stayed in 2-bedrooms appartment on 1st floor. It was: spacious, well equiped including air conditioning / heating, with comfortable (not too soft) beds. The service is similar to a hotel: 24-hours reception, every day cleaning incl. Towels change, even a tooth brush & razor if you forgot yours, as well as a set for washing machine and for dish- washer. I didn't have too many interactions with the staff but a nice lady gave us basic tips about surroundings & visiting the city and when
