  The quality of the bed room was excellent. The location of the hotel was very central, all the major sites were within waling distance or a short bus ride. It was easy to reach from the airport by taxi. The hotel was quiet yet there were many bars and resturanrs close by. The hotel was excellent vlaue for money. Quiet. Free bottled water. Real glasses of high quality i.e not plastic. Excellent bathroom. Could not be faulted. Staff responded to stuck blind immediately. Both large and small touches exemplary. Would certainly go again.

  Very comfortable with friendly staff. The rooms had excellent double glazing and effective air conditioning, it would have been noisy if we had had to sleep with the windows open.   It was very tranquil with a large lounge for reading and relaxing and place outside to sit and have a drink. They also had a restaurant which we didn't try as only there for one night, but wished we had, as well as a large underground car park. The place surprised us, it was far more up market than we had expected. Hotel is a converted palace, and though design is very modern, older details have been preserved. Guest rooms are a little dark in the evenings due to few light sources.   Would have been 5 stars if not for the age of the hotel itself. Huge bed (king sized) and a semi 'walk in wardrobe'. Distance is a good15- 30 min walk away depending on walking speed. Not in the historic city centre, but so are the other 4 or 5 star hotels in Valencia ( this is in fact closest to both the train stations and the city centre compara... mitä ihmiset sanovat » tively). About 5 to 6 euros by cab to city centre, train stations and the city of art and science. Distance is good enough not to be awaken by the fal - We had been travelling in Spain and Portugal for three weeks in a number of locations. This was most our most luxurious stay to date. We had a King room which was ginormous with excellent facilities. We were travelling by car, so did not want to stay in the centre of Valencia, which was only a 15 minutes walk away. Our check-in and out were handled quickly and efficiently. Buffet breakfast was included in what we considered to be a budget rate. We would recommend this hotel.
