A very friendly and relaxed atmosphere. Nothing was too much trouble for staff. Superb level of service from all staff. One member of staff in particular (Yolanda) stood out as being exceptionally friendly and went out of her way to help. -

With 'Sp-english' - no worries at all ! :) While staying 2 nights I could change the room for better the following night. Internet for free in the room. Beach was 10 minutes walk, Metro 5 minutes walk. Barcelona harbour and centre was a 30 to 40 minute walk along the seafront which is a flat easy walk. Plenty of cafes, supermarkets and fruit/veg shops nearby. Our apartment, although ground floor, had use of the roof terrace.

It's really a home away from home. We immediately settled in and found the location very ideal as everything we need for a week's stay is just round the corner. Easy connection on the Metro is about 8mins walk(safe to travel at night as the neighbourhood is well-lit). Food is abundance esp along Poblenou on La Rambla street which is 5mins walk away.If you prefer to cook,many supermarkets are avail.Merkat(local huge supermarket/Sun close) is only 5mins away and local fresh poultry,seafood,fruits
