  staff, breakfast and being in the center of the city - I got a room with a great view of the San Sebastian Church. The hotel is very lovely and rooms are comfortable. The location is simply great! Must stay if you are at Salamanca.

  The staff we're attentive, professional, extremely polite & friendly. The private Spa was uber relaxing. We learned to make our own cafe using the hotel breakfast Nepresso machine each morning without having to hassle the staff. Massage was also very relaxing.

  James, the receptionist went out of his way to assist me find a free parking place (he stood in it and kept if for me whilst I moved my car - top marks, this wouldn't happen in a UK city!) The room was as expected for the price and very close to the City.
