  The pension is located on a busy street just round the corner from the Valencia Nord railway station (3mins walk). The room was very clean and nice, with toilet and bathroom (separate), although they looked like being added as you had to climb up a step to got to the bathroom, but it was not a problem.   Hotel in city centre and reasonably priced. Metro line 3 from the Airport to Xativa the hotel stop, takes 20mins. Stops at the beginning of the hotel road. 1Min to metro and Buses very convenient. Approx 400 metres from Xativa metro and Valencia main train station. Rooms were very simply furnished but immaculately clean, also surprisingly quiet. Gent on desk very friendly and helpful. This is a traditional, simply furnished hotel that is great value for money and I will definately use it again.
