  The facilities were excellent, the power shower was amazing, laptop with free internet and all the finishing touches to the decor etc really made the difference. The hotel is right in the middle of everything but you never hear any of the traffic because of the very good double glazing even though we were right on the road.   We loved our stay at this Hotel Palace! Perfect, professional and very polite and helping staff. We had a wonderful room with a balcony and good view (standard). It was perfect, spotlessly clean, light, not noisy. They cleaned the room several times a day.   The apartment was very modern and spacious and contained everything you could possibly need, from pots and pans through to hairdryer and hair straighteners. The ensuite shower room was amazing, shower was perfect. We loved having drinks on the balcony, although would have been nicer if wasn't raining all weekend :(.   The spacious, comfortable apartment was one of the highlights of an excellent trip to Barcelona. It was located just five minutes from the Diagonal metro in a lovely neighborhood.
