  Excellent place to stay, offering fantastic value for money. Very spacious room with comfortable double bed, extra single bed and a large flatscreen TV. The bathroom was ample size with powerful shower, nice toiletries and the very useful touch of disposable toothbrushes and toothpaste (great as we had forgotten these!) We arrived at midnight and the lady who greeted us at reception was very friendly - Comfort, warm welcome, very clean and very cute decoration. i appreciated the books available to read, the warm in the room...i was there for a concert so it was the perfect hotel and made my stay and weekend in Madrid PERFECT. Close tho the city center (next to metro station). Just 15 minutes far from the heart of Madrid. Nice and helpful staff, speaking both good English and Italian (specially Pedro and Benvenutto), and nice staff to at the restaurant (Laura, Pacco...) Clean rooms, modern building, elevator - It's really great place to stay. Clean spacious rooms, very close to shops and really nice local restaurants. Hotel is situated on suburbs area but this is not a disadvantage at all. Next to the hotel in the neighborhood you can find asian shop with everything you need. I hope I will back here as soon as it possible:)
