  Incredible service, location and roof terrace. I enjoyed a wonderful welcome and the rooms were spotless and luxurious. Excellent all round. - Rooms very modern and comfortable. Staff were very pleasant and helpful in recommending restaurants and things to do.

  The staff at the Ada Palace were so helpful. I lost the boarding pass they had printed for me and they did everything to reprint it after the details of my flight had also disappeared, my fault, I was very distressed, they were wonderful and sorted it for me. The room was perfect, overlooking the city but not noisy, - Very reasonably priced for a city hotel. Our room was spacious, the bathroom was also a good size and the bed was large and very comfortable. Best of all the room was quiet so it was possible to get a good nights sleep even in the middle of a noisy city. The hotel is easy to find just a short walk from Plaza Cibeles where the airport bus stops. All the main attractions and shops are within easy walking distance. The breakfast buffet was good and there is a roof top terrace where you can relax w
