Hotel was top class with nice rooms and bathroom, and nice swimming pool. Cant believe how cheap this was for such a nice hotel. - Everything! We were there over Christmas. They did a great job decorating, staff was very friendly. We traveled with our 10month old, they were very accomodating. Only a 6 min walk to trolley into center, or 17 min walk to center. We will definitely stay there again!! Big room and bathroom!

The hotel is clean and quiet, and the buffet breakfast is amongst the best we have enjoyed. Being only one hundred metres from the cathedral in the Santa Cr us district is a real bonus.   WE HAD A PROBLEM WITH A LOST PASSPORT. IF IT WASNT FOR THE STAFF AT THE HOTEL WE WOULD NEVER HAD FOUND IT. THE HOTEL WAS EXCELLENT!!! - very comfortable and clean nice staff
