  Excellent location in city centre. The staff were helpful and friendly at all times and we liked the 24hr reception desk which made us feel secure in the hotel. The hotel is clean and quiet, and the buffet breakfast is amongst the best we have enjoyed. Being only one hundred metres from the cathedral in the Santa Cr us district is a real bonus. We are a couple with an 11 year old daughter and a 14 year old daughter, the girls had their own room with a connecting door to our room and this provided privacy and security. Hotel was top class with nice rooms and bathroom, and nice swimming pool. Cant believe how cheap this was for such a nice hotel. - Everything! We were there over Christmas. They did a great job decorating, staff was very friendly. We traveled with our 10month old, they were very accomodating. Only a 6 min walk to trolley into center, or 17 min walk to center. We will definitely stay there again!! Big room and bathroom!

  The hostel was very lively and located at the heart of the tourist area. The kitchen and common room was well equipped. The Wi-Fi speed was good which helped us to complete an important work that we had to do for our university. Overall a nice experience ! - Superb facilities for a hostel. Would definitely stay there again - if only for the awesome rooftop DJ!
