  Very quiet room. Great value for money. Good design. A small suite with separate bedroom for 100$ per day! Easy access to metro line 4 (Bogatell) or Line 1 (Marina). Not far from the beaches. Mar Bella is only two stops (Poblenou) and a 10 minute walk. Direct by metro to old Barcelona in only a few stops (Jaume I).   A modern hotel in a fairly quiet residential area on the outskirts of the city. 10 - 15 minute walk from the beach - we didn't see one tacky tourist shop in the area - but an exellent shopping mall with supermarket and restaurants only a 3 minute walk away. Bar area and evening meals of excellent quality (we didn't eat - The reception waited for us till 3 am because our flight was delayed and we were given a warm friendly welcome even at that early hour. The bed was comfortable and the decor was neutral, which we liked. Hot water, air conditioning and the television were perfect and we could even open the windows to get fresh air when needed.   The spacious, comfortable apartment was one of the highlights of an excellent trip to Barcelona. It was located just five minutes from the Diagonal metro in a lovely neighborhood. The kitchen was well equipped and the sunroom an unexpected bonus. The staff was friendly and incredibly responsive.
