  The location is superb, just off La Ramblas. The hotel staff were excellent, very friendly and able to answer any questions we had. The rooms are simple but spotlessly clean.   The location was perfect in Barri Gothic on a plaza next to the Santa Maria Del Pi church, with many restaurants, cafes, and shops seconds away from the front door. Esp. In the heart of the old city, yet tucked away. We walked everywhere. Helpful, friendly, efficient staff. Great hot water.
