  The location is superb, just off La Ramblas. The hotel staff were excellent, very friendly and able to answer any questions we had. The rooms are simple but spotlessly clean. We were at the front of the hotel, so we had a small balcony overlooking the street. There is a lift, essential for people like me who have difficulty with stairs.   Pensio 2000 was a real find. Help yourself tea/coffee/cakes and water, all gratis. Even had lovely white dressing gowns provided. An international crossroad location with great mix of people too! No parking or lift but worth the effort. Great value for money but shame it rained! - Location of the hotel is excellent. Close to a metro station and in the middle of Las Ramblas and El Borne. In winter, el borne is a better place to be close rather than since la rambla. The staff has made really nice improvements and facilities in the hotel, that's nice. But some of the stuff like towels and sheets are really too old.

It could be noisy in the evenings and it has, hands-down, the world's tiniest elevator. Great water pressure in the shower, free wi-fi both big pluses. I could have stayed at the renaissance which was 9 times the price but why bother as I never use the facilities

  Realy liked our stay at hostel flores! Especially the location is exelent! Superfriendly staff, very helpfull! The hostel is located on the ramblas just next to the famous market la boquerilla! You can stop by the market for a juice or fresh fruit! The hostel itselve is a very clean, neet hosel. Alsow pretty important during our stay( it was 38degrees) a good airco - We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights. First of all, the staff is very friendly and helpful, He helped us with the transportations, the main attractions, And even with recommended restaurants. The hotel is extremely clean and located at the best place in Barcelona. At the middle of Las Ramblas, Just 30 meters away from La Boqueria market, And 50 meters from Liceu metro station. Compare to other hotels near by,It is defiantly value for money.
