  Definitely the location + the kindness of the lady who was taking care of the space. She is so friendly and so helpful. You kind of feel yourself sharing home with 'old friends' and not really in a hostel. I only stayed over for a night but it was enough to feel the spirit of the place.   We had a very nice stay in Barcelona. The apartment was perfectly situated and had a good size.. The person who met us was very helpful and spoke good English. The bed was not the best. There wasn't any noise from the street as the apartment is on the 4th floor.   The facilities were excellent, the power shower was amazing, laptop with free internet and all the finishing touches to the decor etc really made the difference. The hotel is right in the middle of everything but you never hear any of the traffic because of the very good double glazing even though we were right on the road. The staff were also very... mitä ihmiset sanovat » helpful. - Location is superb - many attractions (Batillio and Pedera) are within walking distance tube station is a 1 minute walk. Staff was very friendly and tried to help (we in fact booked a Flamenco show from the front desk). One of the staff - Alex - stood apart and really tried to help as much as possible.
