  The location, cleanliness, and comfort. Having THE major department store (El Corte Ingles) and metro less than 2 minutes away. The room was quiet (away from the street), and the area was quiet at night. Many options for eating nearby or a quick (1 euro) metro ride away. The metro stop was less than two minutes away and facilitated travel throughout the city. The room was clean and maintained throughout my stay. While the hotel offered breakfast, there were also multiple restaurants close by to choose from.

  The hotel was very clean and the staff friendly. We went for a delux room on a special offer they had that included breakfast. The breakfast was available till 11.00am and had pleanty to offer every taste and requirement. The hotel Spa was really good although you do have to wear a swimming hat in the pool.   Superb near by metro station and a supermarked just on the opposit side og the street. Nice, clean room with a new very clean toilet/bathroom. The Hostel is on 3. floor, but there was an elevator just to the Hostel. We stayde 5 day´s for visiting Prada etc. and useed the metro a lot, and buyed water etc. fruit and bread in the great supermarked un... mitä ihmiset sanovat » the uppersit of the street. If you take Metro from airport you just have to change metrotrain once, and you are by the Hostel. :-) - Absolutely everything was perfect! I really recomend this hotel/hostel to everybody. The man at the reception kindly let us wash our clothes and use the drying machine. Stuff in room was new and when we arrived there were candies and chocolate on the table as a gift for us.
