  The hotel has a very helpful and friendly staff. Nothing was too much trouble (a special thank-you to Franklin). Located just out of town on a hillside. Authentic Mediterranean experience, with the sound of cicadas (I also saw a few geckos clinging to the walls in the evening). I timed the - downhill - walk from the hotel to the beach at 45 minutes, but I'm a slow walker. By car it's obviously much quicker, - The hotel is lovely. The staff were friendly, helpful and very accommodating. The verandah to the lovely lounge/bar compliments the ambiance. The rooms are lovely with private garden/patios. A joy to stay there, and would love to return when the other facilities have been completed.

  Olemme asuneet tässä hotellissa useita kertoja, joten tiesimme mitä odottaa, ja siksi valitsimmekin Hotel Sultan Clubin. Siinä on isot kaksiot, jotka on sisustettu kauniisti. Vuoteet ovat leveät ja hyvät. Pyyhkeet vaihdetaan päivittäin ja lakanatkin kaksi kertaa viikossa. Hotelli on siisti ja rauhallinen. - huoneitten koko oli hyvä

  The reception staff is great and welcoming, however no bell boy, no welcome drink, unlike many other 4 star hotels. The rooms good sized, clean good sized bathrooms, beds comfy enough, however empty mini freezer, no tea making facility or even empty glasses or water in the room. Over all a 4 star building with 2 star services but then we paid for a 2 star as got a dea - Very professional set-up - quality accommodation with high standards of cleanliness and service. A little walk walk to the City Centre/Old Town however we found the position excellent as it has excellent access to both Marbella and Puerto Banus. Excellent taxi and bus links. The Spa is terrific and the very large indoor pool is absolutely great...lovely and warm to! Recommend 7th floor views if you can get them. Perhaps better suited to adults young and elder rather than to families with childr
