  We loved our stay at this Hotel Palace! Perfect, professional and very polite and helping staff. We had a wonderful room with a balcony and good view (standard). It was perfect, spotlessly clean, light, not noisy. They cleaned the room several times a day. It is very traditional, aristocratic classic hotel, with classic light interior at the same time with all the modern - The Hotel is beautiful,but there were very few large bath towels, no small wash clothes and no extra pillows. Also we checked in at 10:00 am and left our bags since our mini suites were not ready. We gave our passport copies, our credit cards and all info, but when we came back at 5 pm from sightseeing,our bags were still not brought to our rooms. We were 3 couples and were exhausted. They said they needed another signature before they could put the bags in the rooms. It was ridiculous since we

  Everything. Staff were friendly, helpful, professional and went to the trouble of leaving some small gifts for my friend's birthday. Location is perfect for the Gothic Quarter and the hotel design is stunning. The little square that the restaurant looks out on is a photographer's dream.   The vibe of the foyer area was like a cool nightclub in the evenings with dark mood lighting - very trendy. To say there was clubbing music streamed in the foyer which you could hear on all levels of walk-way, the bedrooms were sound-proofed really well. The upstairs bar has amazing views. Room service was really quick and excellent staff attention. - Magnificent rooms with probably the best sea views you can get in Barcelona. Extremely spacious and well furnished with very comfortable beds and top of the line furnishings, which make for a luxurious experience.Very responsive and pro-active staff that seeks to make your stay comfortable. I would come back here for a vacation any day.
