The staff were very nice and understanding. They kept my reservation even though my credit card had failed and there wasn't any chance to call my bank as I was in transit from Rome. This was the best place we stayed in our 2 week holiday in Barcelona, Paris and Rome. My family loved the place and wish we had discovered it earlier. Exceptionally clean and neat with modern decor. Loved the pictures at the reception.

The location is great and the double bed room was quite OK for the price we pay. The bathroom was comfortable. The building is quite old and a bit degraded but they arranged the hostel so that you don't get depressed. Don't expect to be at a Hilton, but if you want to save some money still being in one of the best part of the city this should be at the top side of your list.

Location was very good for visiting the Old Gothic neighborhood, La
Rambla, and Barcelonetta, and only a 5 minute walk to Metro stop to
access farther sights. The room was small (typical for Spain), but with
a high ceiling it didn't feel too claustrophobic. Good value with
all the basics, plus a few extra amenities, like balcony and hair dryer.
A/c worked well, which was crucial in mid-July.

The location is perfect, just opposite to Estacion Franca, close to Rambla, the beach, etc..The staff is extremely nice and helpful. They are ready to help us. We changed room twice when we were in this pension because of the noise, and once the room was upgraded. To compensate the inconvenience, the staff provide a bottle of cava as a gift. -

Absolutely perfect location in between the beach, harbour and el Born, and a 10 minute walk to la Rambla. Very clean hotel, great beds, spacious rooms, clean bathrooms, friendly and very helpful 24/7 reception. It's perfect for a city trip due to its location as you can easily go home, drop off ur stuff and head out again. Also awesome for going to the beach which is merely a 10minute stroll away. This was an awesome stay! The staff really care about what you're up to each day and that you're enjoying the city. In fact after I arrived and dropped off my bags and the gentleman working came running out and said 'where are you going today!' And he helped orientate me to the city awesome!!. The kitchen good facilities good internet cleans area shower and bath, thanks for your help when i lost my bags!!

It was a really nice little studio apartment in an excellent location,
just a few minutes walk from the beach, right next to super markets and
restaurants and walking distance to the center. It was really clean and
comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with basics like olive oil, tea
and coffee. I would definitely stay there again. The staff were friendly
and helpful.

A shared kitchen allowed cooking own meals, staff spoke perfect english and was very helpful - they even made some calls to solve a problem that happened to us while visiting another hotel. Our room was quite small but clean, functional and nice. -

Location is excellent: the center of old city. You need less than 5 minutes to go to Rambla (with metro station), port, Catalunia square. Appartments were clean (we took two bedroom appartments), kitchen had everything that we need. It's small, but large terrace has table that we used for our meals.

Perfect location in the middle of the Old Town, there are two subway stations nearby (Liceu, Jaume I) from which the whole city could be reached very quickly. Also very close to La Rambla and to the famous Barceloneta beach.
