The hotel is 2 blocks from the Plaza de Toros and the Ventas Metro station making all of Madrid easily accessible . - Although this hotel is out of Madrid's central area, it's has easy access to the Sol or Gran Via by bus and metro.   the reception staff was great and helpful,security was very good,drop ofat airport great service rooms kept clean.and free internet,and sattalite t.v. the gym was the best had everything,plus spa - Excellent,friendly and helpful staff. Overall a fantastic hotel and will return without question.

  Outstanding combination of design styles, service, comfort and facilities at a decent price. Extremely pleasant SPA, swimming pool, hammam and gym. Also nice location not far from the center of Madrid and the Airport. Breakfast, bar and restaurant are among the best in Madrid for a reasonnable price. Great for leisure trip and for business trip (es... mitä ihmiset sanovat » p. nice service and WiFi access). - I travel constantly for business, so it was a pleasure to stay in a hotel that is so complelety different and actually an expereince rather than just another hotel room. The rooms are spectacular and the staff are all fantastic. We had 7 star service from everyone and a wondeful stay from the minute we arrived. I have alreay recommended it to freinds and business colleagues.

  Relaxing after a busy trip and its proximity to airport - The feeling of being in a mansion in the middle of Madrid. The breakfast was good, the seperate villas (with umbrella!) were special and the additional goodie bag of Bulgari amenities was well appreciated.

  This hotel is awesome if attending a show at Expo Centre. Room was large with great bathroom. Loved playing with the motorized window blind! Free internet if you ask for card, which was a real plus - I was visiting a trade fair that was 10 minutes in distance from the hotel
