Key collection takes place at Oficina Inmoparcalpe, Avenida Europa, 2 (Bajos), Edificio Apolo XIV, Calpe. You can collect keys between 17:00 and 19:00. Outside of these hours there will be a charge of EUR 50. It is not possible to collect keys after 23:00. Parking is available for a charge of EUR 10 per day. Please note that air conditioning carries a supplement of EUR 7 per day. For stays of less than 7 nights an extra fee of EUR 40 is applied. This amount must be paid upon arrival. A security deposit of EUR 150 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
